There are various Monuments in Albania that are worth seeing for all types of tourists coming to the city. The Monuments in Albania can be divided into two types, the historical monuments and the religious monuments.
The historical monuments are listed below:-
Skanderbeg Monument, Kruja - This popular statue was inaugurated in the year 1949 and is the first monument of Skanderbeg in Albania.
Skanderbeg Monument, Tirana - This statue is 11 meters in length and is located in Tirana on a stone basement. This statue is the work of sculptos Odise Paskali and was inaugurated in the year 1968 on the 500th anniversary of the death of George Kastrioti, Skanderbeg.
"Mother of Albania" Monument - This famous monument is located in "Martyrs of the Nation" Cemetery in Tirana. The Statue of Mother Albania is 12 meters high and is made of granulated stone. This statue was inaugurated in the year 1971.
Monument of National Fighter, Korça - This monument was inaugurated in 1933. It is the work of Odise Paskali and is one of the first monuments in Albania.
Monument of Independence, Vlora - This monument is situated at the heart of the Square of the Flag (Sheshi i Flamurit). In the middle of the statue where is the Ismail bey Qemali, the man who proclaimed Albania's independence and headed. This bronze monument is 17 meters in height and was inaugurated in the year 1972.
Skanderbeg Memorial - This popular memorial is built on the site of the ruins of Shën Kolli Church and was inaugurated in 1981. The church was turned into a mosque after the Ottoman forces occupied Lezha, the Turks. They also destroyed Skanderbeg's grave. Later the church was rebuilt in the beginning of the 20th century.

Pojan Monastery - This monument is situated not far from the ancient town of Apollonia is the Pojan Monastery, with the beautiful St. Mary's Chapel
Muradie Mosque - This sultan-style mosque is an important religious monument of the place. The dome that was built in the second half of the 16th century and it consists of a prayer hall and a minaret build of carved stone. This monument is noted for the harmonious distribution of its windows.
Kuzum Baba - This popular religious monument is located on the Eastern part of Vlora, about 30 meters above sea level. The monuments are the Kubelie Mosque; the Ceta Church; the Hamam of XVI Century, Elbasa, the Rubiku Church; the Lead Mosque; Ethem Bey's Mosque and the Kapllan Pasha's Turbe (Tomb).
