Djelfa, Algeria is one of the important tourist destinations in north-central Algeria. Djelfa, Algeria is the capital city of the Djelfa Province with a population of 154,265. Djelfa in Algeria is a medium sized city located between Bou Saada and Laghouat, the two most important cities of Algeria.
