Their distinctive triangular construction in creamy stone and steel is one of the main attractions of the museum. The main galleries of the museum run along the left of a stunning four-story atrium. The natural light floods in from a wall of windows.


In the first floor, you will find the museum's centerpiece, which displays the collection of the businessman and founder Eduardo Constantini. This collection includes more than 220 works of 19th- and 20th-century Latin-American art. The items on display include paintings by Xul Solar, Diego Rivera, Tarsila do Amaral, Roberto Matta, and Joaquín Torres García. One can also see here the geometric paintings and sculptures from the 1940s. These works presents movements such as Arte Concreto, Constructivism, and Arte Madí.

The main gallery of Museo de Arte Latinoamericano de Buenos Aires in Buenos Aires displays works of artists like Frida Kahlo and Fernando Botero. Here you can see the abstract and psychedelic pieces from the late 20th century. The items are all labeled in English. Here you will also find many young and enthusiastic guides ready to give great tours in Spanish.

Another major attraction of the museum is the world class temporary exhibitions that are held on the second floor three or four times a year. The two small basement galleries show art by the talented local artists.
