Philip Joshnon transformed the ground floor of the warehouse into a modern bistro. E'cco Restaurant in Brisbane is owned and managed by Philip Joshnon. The bistro was inaugurated in the year 1995. It serves a delectable menu comprising authentic Australian dishes. It also offers a fine selection of wines. The restaurant is open for lunch from Tuesday to Friday (12pm to 2.30 pm), while it is open for dinner from Tuesday to Saturday (6pm till late).

The dishes in Starters include mushrooms served with parmesan, olive toast, lemon and truffle oil; potato gnocchi with serrano ham, sherry vinaigrette and confit tomato; soy and ginger marinated quail with pickled cucumber, green papaya and cashews; pork belly with polenta eggplant and cavia. The Mains menu includes grilled white fish, rabbit loin, margaret river lamb rump, ocean trout, grain-fed eye fillet and grimaud duck breast. The side dishes include salad of witlof, green leaf salad, salt crusted baby potatoes and caramelized walnuts. For desserts you can have champagne sorbet, white chocolate pudding, lime wafers, tonka bean panna cotta, caramel ice cream, banana and saffron parfait, green apple sorbet and chocolate bean panna cotta.
