The Hirkan National Park, Lankaran is built to protect the endangered species of plants and animals as well as to improve the tourism of the state of Lankara and Astara. The Hirkan National Park, Lankaran was formerly known as the Hirkan State nature Reservoir with an area of about 886 hectares.
