Koh Ton Say Resort, Kep City is a beautiful natural resort tucked away on the Southeast part of Kep town. Kep is a seaside city located 173 kilometers to the south west of Phnom Penh. During the Sangku Reastr Niyum regime of the Prince Norodom Sihanouk, it was used as a place to rehabilitate the prisoners who were also used to defend the island. Fishing and growing coconut trees are the main means of livelihood here.
