Kampot, tucked away near the base of the Elephant Mountains on the Kampong Bay River, is characterized by its quaint, warm, small town charm. Kep Beach in Kampot in Cambodia is a crescent of sand stretching for a kilometer near the tip of the Kep peninsula. The road through Kep follows the coastline to the beach and then circles back.
