Amongst the Classical Gardens in Suzhou Blue Wave Pavillion, Suzhou is one of the oldest ones. This garden is also known as the Canlang Pavilion and is located in the southern part of Suzhou. Being the most famous Garden in Suzhou this place receives a number of tourists throughout the year. Blue Wave Pavillion, Suzhou is one of the four renowned gardens in Suzhou. The other three gardens are Lion Grove garden, Humble Administrator's Garden and Lingering Garden. This is a private garden that was used by the rulers of the Song Dynasty.

Blue Wave Pavillion, Suzhou is a perfect combination between man made buildings and nature's beauty. At the entrance of the garden there is a green water pool surrounded by weeping willows. This presents a beautiful scene to the onlookers. Click some photographs to capture the charm of this place. Two man made structures adorn the Blue Wave Pavillion, Suzhou. These structures have been made out of rocks. On the east of this pavilion, the structure resembles a natural hill. The yellow rocks here have been mixed with earth. On the western side, rocks from the lakes have been utilized to create another hill. To make these rocks look like real hills, trees and viridian bamboos have been used for decoration.

Corridors link the hills and pools. You can take a stroll around these. On the walls of the corridors there are 108 lattice windows. The Fishing Terrace is located at the eastern end of the corridor. Sit here and witness the different varieties of fish available here. Mingdao Hall, Fragrance House, Five-Hundred Famous Ancient Sages Hall and Mountain-Watching Building are the other attractions situated within Blue Wave Pavillion, Suzhou. For witnessing these wonderful sites you will have to pay admission fees. This garden is open for public scrutiny from 8 am till 5 pm. So do not miss out Blue Wave Pavillion, Suzhou.
