Temple of Mystery, Suzhou is also known as Xuanmiaoguan. Temple of Mystery, Suzhou is Suzhou's most lively place of worship and features a great collection of Southern Song Dynasty religious sculptures.

The most important hall in the Temple of Mystery, Suzhou is Sanqing Hall. This hall is dedicated to the main gods of Daoism with Tianshanglaojun which is the most famous. The statues in Temple of Mystery, Suzhou have a high degree of creative detail, outstanding scale, serious facial expressions and noble postures.

The statues of the Temple of Mystery, Suzhou are of the best examples of Song Dynasty religious sculpture existing today. Some of these statues are 17 meters high. The temple also contains a collection of stone carvings, preserved paintings and calligraphy from the Tang Dynasty. The temple remains open from 8am to 4pm every day.

Suzhou is a city on the lower reaches of the Yangtze River and on the shores of Lake Taihu in the province of Jiangsu, China. The city is famous for its attractive stone bridges, pagodas, and carefully designed gardens, which has become a great tourist attraction.

Tiger Hill was the final resting place of the ruler of ancient Suzhou, He Lu. The region was named Tiger Hill after a tiger was seen lying on He Lu's tomb. One of Tiger Hill's most famous spots is Sword Pond. He Lu was a renowned warrior and sword collector and the Sword Pond is said to hold He Lu's precious swords in its watery depths.
