Kongens Have in Copenhagen is Denmark's oldest park. The park was laid out during the year 1634 when the construction of the Rosenborg Castle was commissioned by Christian IV. Presently visitors can see some of the remaining parts of the park. History has it that during the18 th century the Baroque decorated the Kongens Have, Copenhagen was lime trees. In the 19 th century the park was landscaped again in accordance to English way of styling. The visitors will get to see lovely sculptures adorning the park.
