  • October 9th is the Independence of Guayaquil, October 12th is Columbus Day, November 1st is All Saints' Day and November 2nd is Day of the dead.
  • November 3rd in Ecuador is celebrated as the Independence of Cuenca and November 11th is celebrated as the Latacunga Independence Day.
  • December 6th is celebrated as the Independence of Quito.
  • December 25th is a Christmas holiday in this country.
  • December 31st is the New Year's Eve and is considered a holiday here.
