Sua
Sua is a small beach, where you can have a comfortable holiday in a small budget. Its main attractions are short hikes; coves and magnificent views. Atacames

Those who want to enjoy a luxurious holiday in the Beaches in Esmeraldas have to travel another six kilometers to the elite resort of Esmerald, Same. Same's sparkling sands are dotted with swaying palms. There are a number of luxury condominiums and stylish hotels. Hot water, swimming pools, and gourmet food are all available at Same.
One hour south of Same lies Muisne, a small island marking the border between Esmeraldas and Manabi provinces. Muisine has a heavenly charm around it which will make your stay over there a really memorable one. You can see here barefooted locals pedaling the tourists across the island in rickety bicycle taxis.
While enjoying your vacation in Muisne, you will like to relax in a seaside hammock and feast on the island's culinary specialty, "encocados", a seafood cuisine cooked in a tasty coconut sauce. You can go for a motorboat excursion to neighboring beaches in between meals. Mompiche is a very interesting beach. Tongorachi is also a quiet and calm beach, less crowded and peaceful.
You can travel further south from Muisne into Manabi province via boat and then by truck to the town of Pedernales, where you can avail of the regular bus service.
