Other animals that you find here are Geckos, Agamids, Skinks, Rodents, Hedgehogs, Hares, Red fox, Wild cat, Sinai Leopard, Rock hyrax, the Nubian ibex, Dorcas gazelle. The Panther pardus jarvisi and the White-crowned Black wheatear are very characteristic of the area. Tourists who have knowledge about wildlife can notice a rich diversity of insects.

Nabq Protected Area: This area is famous for mangrove trees and among the roots you can see small fishes. These are also ideal resting place for different migratory birds. Once you are here you can see Pacific Golden Plover; Black bellied Plover and the Caspian Tern.
