Tsing Ma Bridge, Hong Kong

Tsing Ma Bridge, Hong Kong is a gigantic bridge which boasts to be world's sixth largest suspension bridge. The bridge is named after two of the islands in Hong Kong, Tsing Yi and Ma Wan. The bridge is also the largest suspension bridge of its type.

The bridge is around 41 meters wide and it carries six lanes of automobile traffic. The lower level of Tsing Ma Bridge, Hong Kong contains two rail tracks. The attraction connects Tsing Yi Island on the east and Ma Wan island on the west. Over the years this bridge has become a popular tourist sight.

Tsing Ma Bridge, Hong Kong is visited by tourists to watch the scenic views of the region. Sadly there is no sidewalk on the attraction neither parking is allowed so you will have to look at the gigantic bridge from nearby areas like The Visiting Centre, Viewing Platform and Airport Core Programme Exhibition Centre.

The bridge was designed by Mott MacDonald. The bridge is absolutely safe to travel as surveillance cameras keep a check over the traffic conditions.
