The abbey church has a double aisled nave and transepts. You can see the choir gates which are from the original foundation while the transepts date back to the 16th century. Some of the highlights to be seen are the canopied tomb of Cormack O'Crean. It is located on the northern side of the nave and features a Crucifixion and other figures in low relief. You can also see the O'Conor Sligo monument dating back to 1624 in the south side. The beautiful cloister of the 15th century has survived with only three sides. Other surviving features are the 13th century sacristy and chapter house.
