St. Eunan's Cathedral, Letterkenny is also known as the Cathedral of St. Eunan and St. Columba. St. Eunan's Cathedral, Letterkenny is also known as the Roman Catholic Cathedral located in the neighborhood of Conwal and Leck in Letterkenny.

The cathedral which is one of the eminent tourist attractions in Letterkenny was built between the years 1890 and 1900. The Bishop of Raphoe, late Cardinal O'donnell commissioned the cathedral . The Cathedral is located on Castle Street opposite the Conwal Parish Church. It celebrated its centenary in the year 2001.The parish priests are Fr. Eamonn Kelly, Fr. Kevin Gillespie and Fr. Willie Bradley. The Cathedral was opened in 1901, the architectural structure followed the Victorian neo-Gothic style. The creator of the site was William Hague, the famous architect of Dublin. The cathedral consists of a tall tower of about 240 feet height. The entire structure is made of sandstone and the furniture were all made of oak wood. There is a pulpit made of marble. The pulpit exhibits the statues of the Four Masters and the Four Evangelists.

The interior of the church is also lavishly decorated . The ceilings are made by Amici of Rome. The stained glass window illuminating the sanctuary and the Lady Chapel are works of Mayer Firm of Munich. Thirteen scenes from the life of the Lord is depicted in them. The Celtic motifs and the stained glass were designed by Michael Healy and Harry Clarke. The Arch of the Cathedral throws light on the lives of St. Eunan and St. Columba. The lamp of the Sanctuary is made of silver weighting over 1500 ounces. The pointed arch, the large window areas the ornamented structures, all bear testimony to the late Gothic style of architecture.

The Cathedral went through a restoration process in 1985. The style and the materials were though preserved as much extent as possible. The old altar was replaced by a new alter, but an original piece from the old alter, an Irish carving of 'The Last Supper' by Leonardo de Vinci, still been kept there in the new alter.The St. Eunan's Cathedral is the only cathedral in the county and has a very influencing architectural character.
