Osaka Castle
The castle is situated in the Chuo-ku region of Japan. It is spread over an area of one kilometer square of land. It stands on two elevated platforms, surrounded by a moat. The castle consists of 8 eight storeys on the inside and 5 stories in the inside. The castle is perched on the top of a stone fountain supported by rock walls. It houses the Tokyokuni Shrine, the Osaka-jo Hall and a museum.
Shitenno-ji
It is Japan's oldest Buddhist temple. The temple was built by Prince Shotoku. The flea market is held here every month on the 21st. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the temple from the Tennoji Station.
Mitami Shrine
Mitami Shrine is situated in Senboku town in Sakai in Osaka. It lies close to Komyoike Station.
