Perak Tourist Attractions include places that are rich with culture and heritage. The guests can find numerous Perak Tourist Attractions that are visited regularly by domestic as well as international visitors.

Perak is the fourth largest of Malaysia's thirteen states after Sarawak. Perak means silver in Bahasa Malaysia. Reminiscent of the Leaning Tower of Pisa this pagoda like structure was built in 1885 by a Chinese contractor namely Leong Choon Choong. The ruling 25.5m tower was once used for water storage.

Perak Tourist Attractions also includes Perak Museum, Taiping. It is built in 1883. The Perak Museum is the oldest museum in the country. It features an impressive compilation of ancient weapons, aboriginal implements, ornaments and archaeological treasures. The other displays are of work of arts from Perak's prosperous historical culture and heritage.

There is also the Lata Kinjang included in the Perak Tourist Attractions. It is situated about 18 km from Tapah. The main draw at this waterfall is the remarkable series of cascades winding down a 100 meter drop. There are parking bays and eating stalls for the visitors those who are interested in making picnic. Visitors those who interested may also visit an orchid garden and a bamboo park.

There is the Kellie's Castle to pay a visit to. It is about a 30 minutes driving distance from lpoh. It is believed that Kellie's Castle has hidden rooms and a secret tunnel. The road which guides to the Castle follows the curves of the land in a dizzy, maze like fashion, adding to the mystery and story of the place.

Perak Tourist Attractions also includes Gua Tempurung. It is believed to have existed since 8000 B.C., Gua Tempurung is probably the biggest natural limestone cave in Malaysia. It is situated about 24 kilometers from lpoh. The cave stretches for 1.5 kilometers and is made up of five gigantic domes whose ceilings look like coconut shells. Each dome has different configurations of stalagmites and stalactites as well as differing temperatures, water levels, content of limestone and marble.
