The major airport in Marshall Islands is Majuro International Airport (MAJ). Air Marshall is the main carrier and provides regular flights to Marshall Islands. There are daily internal flights to the 10 atolls. Flights are available between Honolulu and the Marshall Islands and to Fiji via Kiribati and Tuavalu. The Continental Micronesia Air stops in Majuro and has Island hopper services between Guam and Honolulu. There are also flights to and fro New York and Tokyo.

Transportation between the islands are also available through sea. Taxis are available at Majuro during modern working hours. Public transportation is limited. There are only 152 Kilometers of paved road in Marshall Islands. Rental Cars are available.

The principal languages of Marshall Islands are Marshallese and English. One of the important words is "yokwe" which means, "hello","goodbye" and "love".

The Marshall Islands have many things to see and explore and this tropical island contributes to an enjoyable vacation. You can roll on the silvery sands on the beach, relishing the rejuvenating sunrays or simply plunge into the warm tropical water of the sea, but anyway you are going to live some of the real cherishing moments of your life.

  • Jatuit, the former capital of Marshall Islands, an excellent point for scuba diving
  • The World War II wrecks at the Maloelap and Mili Atolls. Here you will also have fishing and snorkeling opportunities.
