Wazir Mansion is known for being the birthplace of Mohamed Ali Jinnah, the founder father of independent Pakistan. The mansion is placed in the locality of Kharadar on the outskirts of Karachi in Sind in Pakistan. It is one of the oldest residential areas of Karachi. Wazir Mansion is declared as protected property of the Pakistan government.
Constructed during the years 1860 to 1870 A.D, at present Wazir Mansion has been converted into a museum and a national archive. The structure consists of three floors and there are balconies all round it. The museum depicts the life and world of the great leader of Pakistan.
Mohamed Ali Jinnah was born in this house on December, 25 in the year 1876. He was born in the southern part of the house in which his family lived as tenant. This part at present lies adjacent to the Wazir Mansion known as Ali Bhai Manjil.
