Two famous private bus companies, viz the Victory Liner and the Dagupan Bus operate buses at regular intervals from the metro, Manila. The victory liner buses are very comfortable. If you want to reach Baguio without stopping at Manila, then take a bus from the Clark airport itself which will take you to the city directly. The Partas Bus is a private bus company which runs buses from the airport to the main transport hub of Manila. After that you can directly take a Victory Liner bus to reach Baguio.

Travelers can also take flights to reach the city of Baguio. Every week Asian Spirits operate flights on Friday, Wednesday, Monday and Sunday. It will take you about 50 minutes to reach Baguio from Manila. The Loakan Airport is where the flights from Manila land. Travelers will reach the city from the airport in about 20 minutes. By availing the North Luzon expressway, the travelers can reach Baguio by car. But reaching the city by car is quite risky too, as many a times the roads get blocked by landslides.
