Malacanan Palace, popularly known as the Malacanang Palace, Manila is one of the most visited attractions of the city. Malacanang Palace, Manila is the official residence of the Philippines President. Tourists from all parts of the world come to this site that has now become one of the most significant landmarks.

The beautiful Malacanang Palace, Manila is situated along the northern bank of the Pasig River. The place is more popular among the locals as Palasyo ng Malakanyang. It is called simply Malacanang when referred to as the residence of the President. The name Malacanang came from the Tagalog phrase "may lakan diyan" meaning "there is a nobleman".

Malacanang Palace in Manila is a fine piece of architecture. The palace complex consists of Malacanan Palace and the Bonifacio Hall. The Bonifacio Hall was formerly the Premier Guest House. It was the office of Ferdinand Marcos successor Corazon Aquino. In addition to this it used to be the residence of Joseph Ejercito Estrada. Visitors coming to the site can marvel at the beauty of the Kalayaan Hall. It was initially the executive building and was built under the American administration. Another greatest attraction of the site is the Mabini Hall. The Mabini Hall is the Administration Building.

New Executive Building that was built by President Aquino is also housed in the Malacanang Palace in Manila Philippines. In addition to these there are many other smaller buildings. There are also some state and historical rooms in the Malacanang Palace but in most cases they are cannot be seen by public. The Palace is similar to the Oval Office of the White House of United States.

Tourists coming to this site can visit the nearby Malacanang Park. The park houses a golf course. In addition to these there are billets for the presidential guard and a rest house. The old style of the rest house is a good thing to see. The park also has a spacious recreation hall.

The desk housed in the Palace is the presidential desk that has been in use since the Commonwealth of the Philippines. It is one of the main attractions of the site.
