The 2007 Rugby World Cup is supposedly the sixth Rugby World Cup, for the quadrennial world championship. France will host the world cup from September 7 to October 20 of 2007. This World Cup will have 20 nations contesting 48 matches over 44 days.
Forty-two matches will be played between Ten French Cities, with four matches to be played in Cardiff, Wales and two matches in Edinburgh, Scotland. Australia, Wales, Fiji, Canada and Japan constitute Rugby World Cup Teams - Pool B.
The 20 teams playing in the 2007 Rugby World Cup are divided to four pools of five Teams each. In the first round of the rugby match, each team will be required to contest the other teams within the pool. The teams will have to play 10 matches in each pool.
In the first Quarter Final match, Winner from the Rugby World Cup Teams - Pool B category will have to play the Runner up of Pool A. In the third Quarter Final match winner of Pool A has will contest the Runner up of Pool B.
The first Rugby World Cup Teams - Pool B match between Australia and Japan will take place at Lyon and Nantes will host the second Pool B match between Wales and Canada. Toulouse shall host the third Pool B match between Japan and Fiji.
