In the Rugby World Cup 2007, twenty Rugby World Cup Teams have been selected. They have to play four pools of five teams each. In the first round of the rugby match, each team will have to face other teams within the pool. The teams will have to play 10 matches in each pool.
New Zealand, Scotland, Italy and Romania comprise Rugby World Cup Teams Pool C. The rugby teams are owed to different pools according to the Rugby World Cup 2007 draw. In the second Quarter Final match, Winner from Pool C will face the Runner up of Pool D and in the fourth Quarter Final match; winner of Pool D will face the Runner up of Pool C.
The first Rugby World Cup Teams-Pool C match between New Zealand and Italy will be held at Marseille and St Etienne will host the second Pool C match between Scotland and Repechage 1C. Marseille will also host the Pool C match between Italy and Romania. Lyon is being prepared to host another Pool C match between New Zealand and Repechage 1 C. The match between Scotland and Romania will be played at Edinburgh and Italy and Repechage 1 C will be held at Paris. Edinburgh will also host the Scotland v New Zealand match. While Toulouse is getting ready to host the Pool C match between New Zealand and Romania, St Etienne is all set to host the Pool C rugby match between Scotland and Italy.
