The elephants in the Knysna Elephant Park are orphans from various SAN Parks and they are so used to humans now that it is possible to nourish them and actually touch them. The guests can buy a bucket of fruits at the entrance and the elephants will pick up bits of fruits that the guests offer to them in their hands or they will take it straight from their bucket when the visitors are not looking.
