It was made by Song Ee-Yong, an astronomer in 1669. Another national treasure in the museum is a painting belonging to the Chosun dynasty. The painting depicts the “Palace of Illustrious Virtue” in the eighteenth century. The painting is unique as it was laid out on a folded canvas that comprises 96 frames.
