Quay n02 Guadiaro is used for the installation of tourist cruises, general merchandise and cereals. Quay n03 Canovas is used for installing the passage, tourist cruises and rolling load.
All the docks are inter-connected by the inner ways coated with granite. The railway network of the port is connected with all the commercial areas in Malaga.Malaga Harbour is meant mainly for the import purpose. It includes the import of clinker, cement, cereals and other agro-alimentary products like soybean cakes, sunflower seeds and fertilizers. The dolomita, olive bones, wheat and the construction equipments are the products that are exported. About 70,000 metric ton liquid bulks are imported and exported. There is arrival of several cruises on the port every year. Harbour in Malaga is a very active part of the city.
