Earlier the actual ancient style of Uppsala Domkyrka, Uppsala was Baltic International Gothic. It was made of robust brick walls. The interiors of the church was adorned in neo-Gothic way. After the Reformation this cathedral became one of the major places of worship. Basically the church was reserved for official purposes.
The church also has a small memorial dedicated to Dag Hammarskjold. He was the ex UN Secretary General.
