If you are visiting western Sweden then you should visit Seglora,Borås. Seglora is located in the Borås Municipality and is the most rural part of the area. Seglora,Borås borders Bollebygd Municipality and Mark Municipality in western Sweden. This area is not very well known nationally but many Swedes know of the Seglora Church which can be seen at Skansen.
This beautiful church was sold to Skansen in 1916, and was reopened at its new locality in 1918. Seglora,Borås is located between Borås and Kinna and is very well known for its gorgeous scenery. You can also see a number of beautiful bridges across the river "Viskan". There are around three bridges and the bridge by Segloraberg which is 60 meter long is considered among the most beautiful in Sweden. Seglora in Borås is one of the most visited among the Tourist Attractions in Borås.
Seglora,Borås is on Road 41 in the southwest of Borås. You can see a stone which records the removal of the village church to the Skansen open-air museum in Stockholm. You can also see Sweden's oldest surviving spinning-mill at Rydal. Here there is also the first Swedish factory powered by electricity. Close by is Fristla which features two fine old stone bridges over the Häggå.
