Tanzania Christmas: Christmas Day Celebrations in Tanzania

People visit houses of relatives and friends, exchange gifts and convey their good wishes. Homes in Tanzania celebrate Christmas by hosting Christmas feasts in the evening. The feast comprises Pilau, Chicken, red meat, chai and seafood dishes. After dinner you can enjoy walking along the wet streets or head for the beach.
