    Formerly known as Independence Square, the Promenade has recently been renamed for cricket superstar Brian Lara.

  • Port of Spain - Magnificent Seven

    There are seven structures dating from around 1900. They include: Queen’s Royal College, Hayes Court, Millefleurs, Roomor, Residence of the Roman Catholic Archbishop of Port-of-Spain, White Hall and Stollmeyer’s Castle.

  • Port of Spain - National Museum and Art Gallery

    Situated on a southeast panhandle of the Savannah, the national museum features an extensive display on the evolution of the pans, masks and costumes used during carnivals. Other notable collections include Amerindian and early settler artifacts.

  • Queen’s Park Savannah

    The huge park in the center of Port of Spain is used for cricket, horse racing, jogging and of course, carnival. The DiManche Gras Show is also held here.

  • Port of Spain - Red House Parliament / Woodford Square

    Built in 1906-7 in Renaissance style, the stunning red building capped with a large square dome now serves the Parliament of Trinidad and Tobago.
