The California State Capitol Museum is one of the most popular spots for sightseeing in California. The museum is situated in Sacramento, which is the state capital. The California State Legislature is housed in the California State Capitol Museum since 1869. After renovation of the building, the original look of the Capital has been restored. The offices of the Attorney General, Secretary of State, Governor of California and the Treasurer are open to the public. One can see the legislature at work when in session.
