Basilica de Santa Teresa- This is a neoclassical building in Caracas. It houses 2 churches, Santa Teresa to the east and Santa Ana to the west.
Panteon Nacional- The Panteon Nacional is the most sacred building of the city. It is here that eminent Venezuelans were put to rest.
El Teatro Nacional- This theater is located just to the south of the Santa Teresa Basilica. It is famous for its ceiling paintings representing dance, music and drama; all executed by the famous painter Herrera Toro.
