When we talk about the yearly rainfall affecting the weather of Venezuela then you would find that the lowlands and the plains witnesses a rainfall of 430 millimeters and in the western part of the Caribbean coast to Orinoco Delta you would witness rainfall of about 1,000 millimeters. In the mountainous areas of Venezuela you would find the weather condition to be less rainy and the sheltered valleys receive much less rainfall. However, the slopes which receive northeast trade winds witness heavy rainfall.
