The airways which fly to the city have Ryanair, Euromanx, Flybe and easy jet. There are regular Liverpool flights to three cities of Ireland- Cork, Dublin and Shannon though there are no direct flights to Llandudno and Ryanair Airlines is the one which operate in this regard. There are also long-distance flights from New York, Sharm El Sheikh and Toronto Hamilton to Liverpool.

The major North American carriers which fly from Manchester include Continental Airlines, American Airlines, Delta Airlines and US Airways of the United States of America and Air Transat, Air Canada, and Zoom Airlines which come in from the country of Canada. United Kingdom operators serving the USA market are BMI, Virgin Atlantic Airways and British Airways. Emirates, Singapore Airlines, Air Blue, Qatar Airways, Pakistan International Airlines, Etihad Airways, Syrian Arab Airlines, Libyan Airways, Saudi Arabian Airlines and Cathay Pacific Airways serve the Asian market. It is being heard that Thomsonfly will soon start low-cost flights to Tel Aviv.
