If you are coming from UK a return ticket, and proof that you have a hotel room booked for at least three nights is required. While if you are coming from US then there are strict regulations and you need to have a license, reserved exclusively for journalists or government officials.

• Travelers from countries which have signed visa exemption agreements with Cuba .
• Holders of a Tourist Visa Card. These may be issued by some tour operators, travel agencies and airlines and is valid for one single trip of 30 days. Options remain for their extension as well.
• Transit passengers who will go for onward journey to a third country within 72 hours don't require a visa. They need a confirmed onward tickets and US$50 per day.

• Photocopy of return ticket or voucher of travel agent in case of pre-paid package tour.
• Fee (payable in cash, by postal order or check).
